Cavendish Nuclear has formed an allies network, to celebrate and encourage all aspects of inclusion. This is open to all, those who feel directly affected by inclusion issues and those who are simply nuclear professionals committed to developing an inclusive and supportive environment. The network is working closely alongside the existing Women’s Network and Youth Voice Network and they are establishing relationships with a range of other groups and organisations. They participated in a panel debate hosted by the PWC Gender Balance and PWC GLEE Networks discussing the role of networks in creating an inclusive workplace, and they are working with Pride in Babcock and InterEngineering – two groups focused on LGBT and diversity and inclusion within Babcock and the wider engineering industry.
